Delivery and returns
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days from the date of purchase as all artworks are printed to order externally at our local fine art printing partners. If you require your order urgently, please get in touch and we will do all we can to assist.
Delivery within the UK
Sent via Royal Mail Tracked: £4.50
Delivery to Europe
Sent via Royal Mail and can take up to 10 days to arrive: £12
Delivery to the rest of the world
Sent via Royal Mail and can take up to 14 days to arrive: £15
Please note that some countries can take longer to arrive than others.
Returns
We hope you love your art prints as much as we loved making them!
- If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it and allow Royal Mail to send it back to us. Would you mind sending any photos of the damaged package to: hello@rockandrara.com so we can investigate further. We will then replace the artwork at no extra cost.
- If you change your mind, we accept return orders within 14 days of delivery; kindly contact us here for the return address. Please return the item/s to us in the same condition and the same packaging you received it in. Postage of returned items will not be covered. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will provide a refund.
- We do not offer returns on any personalised items.
