How long until you dispatch the order? 
Orders are dispatched from the studio to Royal Mail within 4 working days from the date of purchase. Each order is printed externally with our fine art printing partners, Towngate Publications. 

Please note that we are unable to fulfil orders between 16 Dec – 3 January 2024 as we will be closed. 

Delivery within the UK 
Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Tracked 24 for orders placed on 15th & 16th December)
Packages typically arrive within 3-4 business days and will require a signature.
A2 Limited edition prints are sent rolled in tubes: £4.50

Delivery to Europe
Sent via Royal Mail and can take up to 10 days to arrive: £12

Delivery to the rest of the world
Sent via Royal Mail and can take up to 14 days to arrive: £15
Please note that some countries can take longer to arrive than others. 

Are the art prints framed? 
No, sadly we do not offer this service. All art prints are sold unframed, images on the website are for visual purposes only. The prints come in standard sizes (A5, A4, A3 and A2). Frames are easily obtained at retailers such as Amazon, Frames.co.uk, John Lewis, Wayfair and Habitat

Do you do custom orders? 
Absolutely! If you have an idea in mind, please drop us a note here with your requirements and we will get back in touch with you to discuss further. Please keep in mind that custom orders may take a little longer to dispatch but we will aim to send them out to you ASAP, once you have approved the artwork via email. 

What paper stock do you use? 
Limited Editions: Giclée print on enhanced acid-free archival fine art paper, 270gsm, with a subtle watercolour texture. It is a more exclusive paper stock compared to the open edition Rock+Rara prints available. Printed using 12 individual pigment inks providing stunning vibrant colours which will retain their brilliance for a lifetime.

How are the items packaged?
All packaging has been sourced from eco-conscious suppliers and where possible, aside from the tube caps, no plastic has been used. The tubes, tissue paper and stickers are all FSC approved and 100% recyclable. 

Returns
We hope you love your art prints as much as we loved making them!

• If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it and allow Royal Mail to send it back to us. Would you mind sending any photos of the damaged package to: hello@rockandrara.com so we can investigate further. We will then replace the artwork at no extra cost.
• If you change your mind, we accept return orders within 14 days of delivery; kindly contact us here for the return address. Please return the item/s to us in the same condition and the same packaging you received it in. Postage of returned items will not be covered. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will provide a refund. 
• We do not offer returns on any personalised items.
