Refund policy

We hope you love your art prints as much as we loved making them!

• If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it and allow Royal Mail to send it back to us. Would you mind sending any photos of the damaged package to: hello@rockandrara.com so we can investigate further. We will then replace the artwork at no extra cost.
• If you change your mind, we accept return orders within 14 days of delivery; kindly contact us here for the return address. Please return the item/s to us in the same condition and the same packaging you received it in. Postage of returned items will not be covered. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will provide a refund. 
• We do not offer returns on any personalised items.
